Mini Bird applique crochet pattern
Today on the blog, I’m adding a new free pattern to our collection: a Mini Bird Applique . I designed this pattern to be clear, easy to follow, and perfect for beginners . It all started when I needed a cute, small design for some handmade hair clips, and this little bird was born! For the hair clips I used cotton DK weight yarn and a 3mm hook. I’ve written it as a one-colour project for a sleek finish, but I’ve also provided clear instructions for those of you who want to make a specific Robin variation . This applique is a fantastic way to use up small amounts of yarn , and I think you’ll find it incredibly addictive to make. Happy crocheting!
